Eligibility Basics
Stated in Planner:
“PARTICIPATION IN Extra-Curricular activities
In order to participate in events or activities representing the school
(Academic Decathlon, Athletics, Dances, FBLA, Spirit Team, Student
Body or Class Office, etc.) all students must meet the following criteria:
1. Maintain at least 2.0 grade point average
2. No more than one “F” or incomplete ( I )
3. No more than one “U”
If you do not meet the above criteria by the end of each quarter, you become ineligible to participate during the next quarter.
Students involved in drug and/or alcohol related offenses will be added to the ineligibility list for 15 school days, and excluded from all extra- curricular activities.
Seniors receiving a 5 day suspension anytime during the 4th quarter will be ineligible for extra-curricular activities noted above, including but not limited to prom, senior events, and the graduation ceremony.
Any student receiving a suspension during the last week of school equivalent to the remaining number of school days for the year will be precluded from all remaining school sponsored events.
Participation in Extra-Curricular Activities
In order to participate in events or activities representing the school (Athletics, Dances, School Clubs, Spirit Squad, Student Body or Class Office) all students must meet the following criteria:
Maintain a minimum of a 2.0 grade point average.
Student may have no more than one "F" or "Incomplete" or "U" per quarter.
If the student does not meet the above criteria by the end of each quarter, the student will be ineligible to participate during the next quarter.
