Content Keeper

When the 1:1 Chromebooks connect to a Wi-Fi outside of our school network, they will be prompted to insert a username and password when they attempt to open a webpage .

 

All students at CE will use the following account:

 

Username: lbce

 

Password: chargers700

 

Troubleshooting tips  

  • We have added a bookmark folder on all student Chromebooks Chrome browser named CE Links that includes two links on the bookmark bar. 

  • The first is Content Keeper Logout and then other is called Home Page. 

  • You will need to connect to an outside Wi-Fi network when not on campus. 

  • If you have problems accessing websites, click the Content Keeper Logout shortcut. 

  • Next, click on the Home Page shortcut.

  • You will be prompted to input the username and password listed above to access the Internet.

 

Reminder

  • If students are working together on the same Wi-Fi network outside of school, the first student to login to Content Keeper will set the content filter policy for that wifi network until the session times out.  

  • As an example, if both a CE and an LBHS student are at Starbucks using the Wi-Fi, and the CE student signs on to Content Keeper, then any LBHS students that come online afterwards will receive the CE policy.
